Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains how to cancel an order, return eligible goods, and report damage or faults. Your statutory rights under UK law are not affected.
Standard physical products bought online
For most non-personalised physical goods ordered online, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day you receive the goods. Where goods in an order arrive separately, the period generally runs from receipt of the last item. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, using My Orders, Contact or the cancellation form below. You do not need our permission to exercise your cancellation right.
After informing us of cancellation, send the goods back within a further 14 days. Please take reasonable care of them. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; we may make a legally permitted deduction for handling beyond this.
Change-of-mind return postage and refunds
For eligible change-of-mind cancellations, you pay the direct cost of return postage (unless we agree otherwise). Use a suitable postal service and keep proof of sending. We will refund the amount due for the goods and, for cancellation of the full eligible order, the original standard outbound delivery charge. If you chose premium delivery, we only have to refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. For partial cancellations, any delivery refund will be assessed as required by law.
We will make any refund due without undue delay, and at the latest within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or, if earlier, suitable evidence that you sent them. Where no return is required, the applicable refund deadline is within 14 days of cancellation. Refunds are made to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. No restocking or cancellation fee will be charged.
Personalised and bespoke goods
Goods genuinely made to your own specification or clearly personalised are normally excluded from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not automatically apply just because a standard product was made after you ordered it.
Personalised goods remain covered by statutory rights if they are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract. These rights are not limited to damage during delivery.
Digital downloads
Digital content supplied without a physical medium is generally subject to a 14-day cancellation period from the contract date unless you expressly request immediate supply, acknowledge that you will lose your cancellation right when supply begins, and we provide the required confirmation. Where these conditions are met and supply has started, change-of-mind cancellation is not available. Digital content that is faulty, not as described or unfit for purpose remains subject to your consumer rights and applicable remedies.
Damaged in transit, faulty or incorrect goods
Please tell us promptly, providing your order number, a description and photographs where possible. We will discuss appropriate remedies such as replacement, repair or refund depending on your legal rights. You will not be left paying the reasonable cost of returning faulty, transit-damaged or misdescribed goods: we can arrange a return method or reimburse reasonable return postage. If you initially pay that reasonable postage, retain the receipt and we will reimburse it as part of resolution. Original delivery charges are also refunded where the law requires.
You do not lose your rights simply because you report a fault after 14 days. Do not send an unsafe or badly damaged item without first asking us how to return it.
Where to send a return
When writing to us, include your order number. The business return address is:

You can also contact us at admin@3dprintingandresinart.com. Do not send goods to a fulfilment partner without our instructions.
In-person purchases
Purchases made in person at events or fairs do not normally have a statutory change-of-mind cooling-off period. Your rights for faulty or misdescribed items still apply.
